" After spending a couple of nights reviewing various washing machines we decided upon the Haier make despite not knowing anything about them. The spec of the machine was perfect for our family of four and we wanted a machine that would last longer than our previous one which only lasted Just over 3 years. AO were great in terms of customer service and delivering it when they said they would. Special mention should also go to the delivery guys (Jason?) who were excellent. The machine itself is great quality, well built and exceptionally quiet. It has sufficient program range to cover every washing cycle you would need and give the impression of a more expensive machine. Two weeks in and can not fault it. Still cannot get over how quiet it is, even on full spin. Would definitely recommend this machine, Haier as a manufacturer and AO.com as a retailer. "

"Very pleased so far, extremely quiet even on a 1400 spin cycle, you can hardly tell it's on most of the time (partner didnt realise it was running at first). However there is a small rattle from near the top that sounds like wiring or something wobbling about inside.
The door sticks out further than we thought it would, probably 2 inches proud of the front of the machine.
Quite a complex process to unpack properly and remove all the transport supports but make sure you do otherwise I imagine it'll be really noisy and probably break.
Can't comment on reliability as only had it a couple of weeks but the 5 year warranty (30 years on the motor) is reassuring. "

"Had an AEG for 12 years but sadly the available depth required a different machine so opted for the Haier- yes it’s minimal depth! Paid for fitting but got half a job as they couldn’t connect. Had a plumber in to resolve.
Have only used once! there is a rubber seal which dribbles when you open the door. So disappointed"
