"Straight forward and easy to fit, it came with the back flow flaps inside which was a nice touch. Hardest thing to do was get the protective plastic off. Lights are nice and bright and for the money it was a good buy."

"I cannot actually give any indication of the quality of the goods yet due to the fact it came with a broken piece, a scratched chimney, and missing the internal tubing and carbon filter both of which I have ordered separately from smegg at a cost of £91.00. Ok smegg are replacing the damaged parts free of charge but I cannot help but feel I wish I had never bought the product in the first place and definitely not ordered it from AO. NOT HAPPY"

"I approached the contents of the box with trepidation as the manual was not at all clear. However, it was very straightforward to install especially as it came with a marking aid for the 4 holes to drill to fit it to the wall. Very bright LEDs make it easy to see what you are cooking and the extraction works well - although I had to modify the exhaust parts to match a previous installation. This was NOT a SMEG problem as it was clear before I bought it what extra work was required. Only basic DIY skills required to fit it."
