"Sadly, one of the burners did not work after the hob was delivered and I had to wait 10 days for the engineer to fix it, which he did and it's working well now, but I was surprised that AO had delivered a faulty hob to me. I have already bought the Smeg oven and I'm very happy with it. The hob is sturdy and well-made. It's easy to cook on and cleans well. Apart from the hitch over the burner, I am pleased with the products."

"Installed the hob only to find that the large ring is continuously igniting. It only stops clicking if you turn it off. Went to the ao website to arrange a replacement only for them to inform me that I need to contact the manufacturer. - in Italy!. I spent a little more that I wanted to with this item because I thought it would be a reliable product. How wrong was I?"
