"Great sized drum, but left unimpressed by how slow the touch screen is. And having to adjust it to get a 1400 spin each time is tedious. It’s quiet apart from filling, but there is also a ‘tap’ when it spins which sounds like it’s coming from the door. Overall, I imagine there are better machines for a large family on the market. "

"I’ve had my machine three weeks now and so far, I cannot find anything I don’t like about it. I’m doing less washing because of the 12kg drum. It’s really quiet, even on the highest spin setting. I also love the fact that I can set the programmes from my phone and then it tells you when the washing is done which is great because I quite often forget that I’ve put a wash on. I am so pleased that I went with this machine and have been recommending it to anyone that needs to replace their machine. "

"This 12kg washing machine is brilliant value for large families (7 in our household). Superb quick wash function: an everyday 40°c wash done in an hour. Lots of other wash options to choose from too. Super quiet as well. Really pleased with this purchase.

"More than what I expected from this machine has to do, very helpful staff as they brought the machine to the stairs the next day and recycling my old machine the same day

"Washes perfectly, steam function to decrease is amazing, lots of wash cycle choices with various function options. Only complaint is it’s very noisy on draining. "
