"Really impressed so far. Little confused why the 1400rpm is only available on a couple of the settings but overall really happy. Loving the 12kg drum and very impressed or adjusts the time to the weight of the load"
"The machine is quiet and washes a large load efficiently. Good range and mixture of wash cycles. We purchased the white / chrome model, It looks good and we have ordered the matching Hoover condenser dryer."
"There's so much programme choice it's very easy to work put what you need to do, this is only the first full week of use but so far its first class washing. I'm sure after a couple of weeks the programming will become second nature.
What on not too impressed is the wifi connection. It's not great and during a wash if it disconnects from the app the machine stopped and send back to the beginning, perhaps im just not too good at this but will see in time what happens. But for the moment the jury is out on that particular use."

"Really big drum, seems much deeper than our old 9kg washer. Does feel like we're doing fewer loads. 3 children's worth of washing quickly backs up and this blazes through it. Very quiet in comparison to older machines and has loads of settings so you'll find something for any stain. Has managed out cloth nappies well even on a 2 hour 40 degree wash.

"only had this washing machine for a week but so far very happy with it. Our previous machine was 9.5kg capacity but now have 12kg and its amazing, also very quiet and doesn't bounce around like our old one. "
