"Fantastic product makes my life so much easier with the bigger drum can even do my quilts now washes great and fast washing is so quiet so can do it late or early morning and with the programable washes I can do it on the move before I get home which is a fantastic option there's just so much I like about this product all I cam day is no disappointments and we have now got the matching dryer"

"A little disappointed as cannot see more then one programme spinning at 1400 rpm
If this is gonna be the case my life’s now limited to 1000 rpm which is not good
Hope I sort it out or the machine whilst useless has some clever features
I will be speaking to the manufacture"

"Bought this to replace my trusty old Hoover washing machine which had come to the end of its life after many years of service.
The 12kg drum capacity is amazing. It will handle a double duvet cover, 4 pillowcases, fitted sheet & mattress protector with ease, with space for other items.
Lots of different programmes to cover all requirements, but the all-in-one 59 minute programme and the whites programme cover most of my needs. Everything I’ve washed has come out spotless.
Compared with other 12kg machines, this Hoover model is very reasonably priced. I can’t fault it."

"Great machine, not too noisy, easy to use, clothes smell & feel clean, as expected! I did have to read the wash cycle section of the manual to understand all the symbols, but very simple & easy to understand. Clear instructions on how to install too. Very happy."
