"Great item - really robust and sturdy, with some very useful settings. The drum is huge, and I love that finding stuff to fill the drum is becoming my biggest first world problem! My whites are particularly crisp and the Wifi feature that texts you when the machines finished is a great tool. Loving it!"

"Washing machine itself is great - up 12kg loads. Can get sleeping bags and quilts in it no problem. Lots of different program options including some great rapid washes and special options to flush detergent for sensitive skin. The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star rating is the app. It’s got a facility to control the washer by a phone/tablet app - do you can set it running so the program completes just as you arrive home etc. But the app itself is rubbish. You can’t see the option to select half the variants - eg Change the temperature or spin speed. So you’re stuck with the default temperature and spin. I’m on an iPhone so not sure if it’s an iOS issue but it’s terrible. Shame because the concept is quite good; but a concept is a bit useless if it’s not executed well."
"Love the size of the washer, its so big!
However a cotton wash is over a 5 hour cycle! The normal washes always defaults to a 1000 spin not the 1400 it won't let you go up either, so am having to spin after the wash cycle again. We also can't get the wifi conected even with buying a booster to help. I am currently still getting to grips with it, bit so far I am disapointed. "

"A great large capacity washing machine with a large programme menu. As it can be wifi enabled, once you have downloaded the app, it will send a message to your phone to advise you that the wash cycle has completed. The AO website was easy to use, had competitive prices on a large choice of machines and the delivery was prompt and courteous."
