"First, I had a Samsung 12kg Washing machine before, so I’m not new to machines with a lot of load.
This machine cleans the load nicely, but needs up to 458 minutes, that’s 7.5 hrs to clean 11kg whites. They didn’t bother to put in the time for 12 kg, but as the time goes up from 379 mins to 458 mins from 10kg to 11kg I would expect it to be around 80 mins more which would bring up the time to around 9 hours for one load of wash!
I have no idea how the machine got the energy rating of A+++ with washing times like this.
Also this information has been removed from the Product data sheet that is supplied here from ao.com.
I never would have bought a machine with washing cycles that long - the Samsung took around 2.5 hours for 12 kg and the wash was as clean as with this machine."
