"I bought this to replace my 6kg washing machine that I had had for over ten years and broke. I didn't know what washing machine I was going to get until I looked on AO and searched through quite a few then came across this hoover one. The reviews were mixed but there did seem to be more positive than negative.
From the moment I placed the order online AO kept in contact with me, the washing machine was delivered two days after I ordered it and on the day I was given a delivery slot but the very friendly drivers turned up 5 hours early. I plumbed it in straight away and got started with setting up the wifi which was very simple and straight forward. There are lots of different cycles which as of yet I haven't had a chance to use all the. I love the 14 minute quick wash as a majority of our clothes just need freshening up. Also the 12kg drum is fantastic where I used to have to have four loads I can get it down to two now which is economical and saves money on the electricity and the water. Very cleaver how the drum weighs the load as well and adjusts washing time if needed. It is extremely quiet especially when it's spinning. I like the fact that I get a message on my phone to tell me the cycle is complete. Haven't used the app to start a wash yet but there's still a lot of things for me to experiment with.
I'm extremely happy with my purchase, I would rate it 10/10 and would recommend it to others. "

"I’m fully in love with my new washing machine, not only does it look smart and sleek it quiet and has all the programs I need plus more for my washing! I didn’t think I would use the WiFi option as I’m an old fashion girl and it’s not the reason I brought it but I actually love setting the wash load via this way and also getting a text to tell me when the machine has finished is a nice touch so I can text the kids and tell them to empty it when I’m not at home...bonus!! "

"Good quite machine it's got a big drum does what it surposed to do the only down side is the 1400 spin is only programmed on one setting which is about a 2 hour wash I bought the machine because it had a 1400 spin and I can't use it unless I do it at the end, might as well get the one with less spin and save some money. "

"We took delivery of this machine last week. First impressions on seeing it unpacked was wow! Not a colour scheme I would have thought of for a washing machine, but this is a stand out machine. We have not tried wifi yet, due to us being old and slow on the take up of new technology, but using by hand is so easy, and it has a great 12kg load capability. Two washes have become one, which helps save electric. A stunning machine in all it does."
