"It has a big door to put washing in and has a large load capacity. Very quiet in operation and I like the ability to alter the spin speed. Not very good with computers but found it quite easy to use the programs. The instruction book was a big help as the instructions are clearly laid out."

had to read instructions but wife very happy with machine even text to let her know washing has finished
she also likes the only filling machine with liquid and softener ever 20 or so washing "

"Took a while to work out how to override care dose button as when it’s on it seems not to take any softener in and can’t open door when drawer open "

"Ordered my new hoover washing machine from A.O and so glad I did.Through these uncertain times their customer service was first class,making sure everything my side was well and updating me on government guidelines as needed.Now to the machine itself,as I already owned a previous model i knew to expect a reliable machine capable of doing the loads I need with ease and the settings are really easy to work aswell.The new model has a wifi setting that I can use with an app to use the machine remotely which is great,it also has an intelligent dispenser for detergent so you don't over do it and noise wise ,it's so much quieter ,hardly even know it's on,overall I'm over the moon with my new purchase and would definitely recommend."
"Our last hoover washing machine was very noisy, but this one is amazing and barely makes a sound which is amazing. Really great washing machine and uses very little energy which is a great bonus! "
