"I have had two good deals recently and AO was both of them. My recent one is a Hoover WiFi washing machine. The online ordering and payment methods were excellent and I was satisfied that they were secure. Delivery was exactly as notified and the team were brilliant. They were clean, efficient and even tested the machine before they took my old one away. the delivery was free and the removal and fitting very reasonable. The washing machine virtually programmes itself and I can even do it on my phone. I hadn't realised how bad my old machine had got until i did my first wash on the Hoover one. Thank you AO."

Difficult to set up and of very little use in reality
Although I could not find a decent machine (with higher spin rate and quiet motor) that did not have wifi !!

"Great looking. Seems to clean well so far. If you want to put your own powder in it is quite a small awkward area to fill in the pull out drawer. I'm sure I will get used it it but worth mentioning. Great selection of cycles and spin speeds."

"The self-dosing function of the (liquid) detergent and softener, A+++ rating, and wifi connectivity are all its points points. However, the application setup is a little hard to established (e.g., the 'rr' message did not appear) and a little finicky. Also, using the app to control to washing machine also had to be manually turned off on the machine itself to open the door to get the laundry."
