"I really like this washing machine, however.........
Pros: Quiet, good load capacity, good spin speed, auto dosing of detergent and softener, steam function, 10 year warranty on motor.
Cons: It just doesn't connect to WiFi. The sheet that comes with the washing machine gives unclear information and the buttons you press to activate, just do not work. Hmmm. Despite numerous calls and emails to Hoover technical support, they simply do not respond.
I really do like this machine, but it may be going back as I bought it because of the WiFi connectivity which is just not working."

"So mainly got it because it’s was a) black b)reasonably priced and c) WiFi enabled.
Wasn’t sure what WiFi enabled really meant because you still have to load the washing machine with your dirty clothes. But then again ever wash so far I’ve used the app to determine the wash cycle going through the programme wizard to set the right settings. Because quite frankly the wizard is far easier then the dial and buttons on the machine its self.
I do like the active steam option, seems to make the shirts easier to iron with less creases to start with - hardly feature I found via the app. Find the door lock annoying as it will only unlock after two minutes when turned in the off mode not when the cycle ends. I’m sure I’ll get used to it eventually.
Drum size is pretty big and the spin rate higher than my old washing machine so I can add quite a lot of clothes and most come out mostly feeling dry.
Auto dispense feature is quite cool not had that before so filling the two chambers up with detergent and not worrying about it for a while is different.
Overall I’m happy with the purchase. For the price and so far the experience of the product it’s well worth the money. The most important thing is my clothes come out clean and smelling wondering again. "

"The machine is great, very quiet ans smooth and the auto care function is very easy. However we haven't been able to activate thw wi fi setting, you should be able to just press 2 buttons on the machine. But it wont work and the Hoover app abd website help aren't helpful at all. "
