"We bought this to replace the Lamona wine fridge which we’ve had for the last 4 years, due to the compressor failing and our repair man telling us it would be cheaper to buy a brand new wine fridge. Really impressed with the look and overall quality of this CDA model also the service provided by ao.com. This item also comes with a 5 year warranty so hopefully if history repeats itself then we should be covered for a full repair. Our old wine fridge was also so loud, you could hear it from the room next door whereas this one is so quiet in comparison. Definitely recommend. "
"The product is great, looks good, easy to set-up, controls are very straightforward, well made. However, the guarantee is not quite what you might think. The two years parts and labour is fine; the 5 year parts guarantee means that you pay a substantial fixed fee for the engineer to come out, if he can fix then the parts used are free, if he can't fix it then tough. So, in years 3-5, unless you already know what is wrong with it, then you risk the entire call out fee because the engineer may not be able to repair it and you end up still with a broken appliance and even less money. I know this because I had one of these before and said to myself I wouldn't buy another one. After I had searched around for the many available on the market, I returned to this one because it's still a reasonable balance of capability, price and length of (real) guarantee."
