"We wanted a flatbed microwave when our old microwave failed after about 18 months. This Hotpoint model looked ideal as we have a small kitchen, and all reviews seen on-line seemed very positive. So far we are not disappointed and would recommend this product to anyone. The timing programmer takes a little getting used to as the +/_ keys are very touch sensitive and do work very fast. Once that is mastered it really does an excellent job."

"I love that it is flat inside with no turntable, it is very easy to clean. The microwave is easy to use, not complicated at all. The interior fits my large oval plates easily.There is also a handy self clean and dough riser function. I have found nothing to dislike about it."

"Great microwave. Far better than the cheaper ranges we usually get. You can tell it’s a better quality product. And the lack of plate inside makes such a difference. Would definitely recommend."
