"Great whilst it works, no support from Hisense broken after 6 months wont heat up. contacted Hisense in December now mid jan and still no response from Hisense call center goes to answer phones - avoid all Hisense products if you want any customer service "

"I bought this oven in December 2020. I really like the oven, it is quick, silent and cooks food very well. The only thing I do not like about the oven is the Multi function button which I find I have to stand really close to and look at it kinda side on to see what function to use and I find that difficult! Sometimes I am not sure if I have set it on the right function because it is so awkward to see the function! Is it just me that finds that a problem??"

"First oven was faulty on connection. AO customer service was superb. Replacement oven arrived Christmas Eve. Dawn at AO found a local electrician to connect it for us. Christmas cooking was a great success.
Oven is easy to use. Cooks evenly on multi levels. Heats up fast. "
