Excellent customer service

"AO couldn't have been more helpful. Ordered this for my elderly parents because it's easy to use. First delivery attempt failed because my parents didn't understand. No drama AO simply rearranged delivery and installation a couple of days later. Well done AO and my parents love their new hob"

"Do not purchase, fault appeared after approx 12 weeks use. Repair/replacement of unit has taken over 7 weeks to resolve. "
