"Received 30.11.21 and fitted yesterday. The wiring connection is farcical. Instead of being simple as earth, neutral and live, you have to make a loop within the block connector yourself for all the plates to work. There isn't anything to secure this unit to the worktop or any guidance on what to do if the worktop hole is not a snug fit for the hob. The stainless steel is so thin it feels like it could bend around the lip edge easily! It is too early to tell how well it performs, but I personally feel this is overpriced. AO should provide picture of the underside immediately of all the hobs and detailed measurements. A simple 15 minute job turned into a what felt like a nightmare."

"Product arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date/time. The packaging
had been opened and "repacked" but on opening there were several blemishes on the product. Tried to contact customer services for advice but ended up giving up as i was requested to send photographs of the item and packaging. I am not computer literate. Ended up giving the hob a good clean with non abrasive liquid. Did'nt all come off but I can live with it for the price I paid."
