if fire is blown out, after a few seconds the hob's safery feature kicks in and cut's off the gas.
I've had a induction hob for many years so I didn't know this safety feature existed on gas hob's. The metal grills could do with being more robust, heavier, and thicker..
The knobs are plastic
Electric oven, again value for money..
Basic functions, easy to use.
