"I am happy with AO’s customer service and efficiency. Absolutely no problems with ordering or delivery.
The TV was an absolute bargain and I’m happy with the picture and sound quality and all the features of it. For a girl who isn’t the best with setting up electrical equipment etc, this was so easy to assemble and set up within minutes.

"Used my new tv for around a week and from unboxing to setting up was easy with no complicated proseeders simply plug in and follow simple steps. Great tv for gaming.
Fist time I've use Ao.com and from start to my order been delivered was a pleasant and stress free experience and would use them again ??. "
"This TV gave a very simple out of box experience, with clear guidance on physical set up, which required minimal effort.
Setting up the actually system was simple through the Samsung smartphone app, it would have been trickier to do without the app but it can be done using only the remote.
The remote itself is the main way of interfacing with the television and this can be cumbersome it seems the app is very close to replacing the remote but not quite.
Once set up the system is intuitive and easy to use.
It's Bluetooth connectivity was not a feature I had researched but is very useful for using headphones.
The addition of analogue audio outputs though now uncommon would have enabled connectivity to a hifi without the need for a DAC, but as most would be connecting to a digital speaker system this is understandable.
The addition of Google assistant control would be a bonus. "
