"Fitting the oven was very easy and it had all the necessary rails to fit the base unit. Well packaged and arrived in A1 condition. The installation and instruction booklets were very easy to understand. I was upgrading due to a new kitchen and this really performs well. "

"Our old Neff double oven was in place when we moved into our house and we enjoyed using it for the past 4 years. The light blew in the main oven which happened to coincide with the fan for the oven stopping so guess there may have been a link. We had two cooker repairers look at the oven but were informed it was over 15years old and that parts were no longer available for this model so bit the bullet and researched a replacement. After a lot of searching we found the only model that would fit ( we still had the Neff gas hob on the top with a gas connection protruding down and other pipework behind ) was this Neff oven and a Bosch which was more expensive. It was more expensive than we had planned to spend but was a simple swap over and looks the part matching the original Neff Hob. Haven't had that long to test it but the build quality and functions leave us confident it will give many years of service. Our first chicken dinner this weekend on the recommended setting was cooked to perfection."

"Neff was recommended by our local oven repair business when our old oven gave up the ghost. He also advised purchasing from ao.com.
The oven is well designed and feels sturdy and well made. There is a whole range of settings, including one for roasting meat. Keeping the instructions close at hand will be helpful for a while.
Quiet fan and a nice-sounding timer.
A few quibbles: the top oven seems a little smaller than we are used to. Keep your old racks because only two are supplied. The knobs feel a bit flimsy but time will tell.
But overall we're happy with our purchase.

"Wonderful service, especially given the current restrictions and guidance with COVID—19. I wish I had realised the oven only comes with the shelves for the bottom oven as I would have kept those from the oven this was replacing. I now have to purchase a shelf, at a minimum for the top oven which only came with a tray. Slightly disappointing given the price and branding of the product."

"Had originally chosen a different oven but due to pipework, it wouldn't fit and our only choice left was a Neff.
Cost more than I wanted to pay, but it is a great oven. Cooks well and looks great. the timer is a bit quiet and caused me to burn my first batch of scones! but it's a minor issue. Have been using it for a few weeks now and would recommend."
