Call from sales to make sure I had ordered the correct item. Delivery turned up on time, delivery men were helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience. I'd highly recommend AO and the product."

"this product looks good better than what the picture shows which for an intergrated machine impressed me,large glass door and a very easy to use program dial and settings buttons, only downside is the hinge locations are in a different place to my old machine, i presumed that all intergrated washing machines had a universal door fitting so that is definitely worth checking because cupboard doors will need reworking "

"So far so good. Different length rapid wash is a good feature. Control panel and detergent draw feel a bit flimsy compared to the Samsung this replaced, but for the money it's no big deal."
