"Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. The men who delivered it were super efficient. They'd uninstalled my old machine, taken it out to their lorry, put in my new Beko machine, tested it to see that it was working properly, picked up any rubbish they'd left and were gone in about 20 minutes or so. I didn't have time to sort out the online visitors parking permit either.
And, having tried different washes, loads & programs, this Beko machine is perfect for me.
The manual is unnecessarily detailed and confusing for domestic users. But, practice with the different programs helps sort it. For instance, the dark wash program takes almost 3 hours. But you can use a different program such as the daily quick wash. This is so much better than my old machine. You can change the temperature and spin speed to adjust to your wash load. The daily quick wash is 30 deg. temperature and 600 spin speed. This takes 28 minutes. But, if you keep pressing the Temp. button, you can change this to a temp. that suits your wash. And the same goes for the spin speed. Just keep pressing this button for the spin speed that suits your wash. This may alter the time from 28 minutes to 38 minutes. But it's still quick.
The only thing I found slightly a negative, but it's not a problem - and this is, that when the wash is ended, although it says END on the machine, none of the lights go out. I've had to turn the dial to get the screen blank. I left it for over 30 minutes today to test this. But, the lights stayed on. But that's the only fault, so far that I've found with this machine. And I've had it for a week. I've used a wash ball a few times as well. That's fine. I noticed also, that my white wash is whiter with this machine. I use powder for my white wash. "

"This washing machine is brilliant!
I like the digital display. I know how long the programme will take and how long there is left to run. There are lots of different programmes to choose from for different fabrics and a quick and super quick function which is great give something a quick freshen up.
The great thing about this machine is that it is so quiet, almost silent when washing. I've been back to it to check I've actually switched it on a few times as it is so quiet, even on the spin cycle!
I also liked the fact that this model was available in white, silver and black so I was able to choose a black one to match my kitchen and other appliances."
