"Smaller at 6kg load however large enough for a 2 person household. Quiet when on washing cycles slightly noisier on spins. Washing machine was deliver on Wed 16th Dec, connected all good ready for me to use however when I did there was a issue with machine. Ao.com sent someone to check machine on the Fri 18th Dec, confirmed issue. Sun 20th Dec new replacement machine delivered. Fantastic service from AO, every person I dealt with was helpful. The customer service lady I dealt with was exceptional ! The service I received from AO is how it should be from every company... "
