"Really good with the fridge freezer. We previously had a huge American style fridge freezer and it broke after 15 months which we weren’t happy about; especially during the current pandemic as no one could come out and fix it. AO were amazing; product delivered on time, fantastic customer service and the fridge freezer is brilliant for the money! Just what we needed and exactly what we were looking for! "

"Fridge looks smart but is incredibly noisy!
Inside looks smart but a whole shelf is wasted to bottle rack which is annoying as it limits what you can do.
You can’t pull out the veg drawer very far without scuffing the inside of the door which isn’t ideal either.
First one was sent back because it was scratched inside and second one scratches inside really easily. Probably wouldn’t buy again for noise alone! "

"As per title, noisy and not as good as the previous model hoover fridge freezer.
Still have the other hoover fridge freezer, the new one is twice as loud, yet both claim to be 42db.
Almost unbearable to listen to, but perhaps a fault ?
Also came with two small scratches on the front door.
Space inside the door is less than the older model, a pointless redesign.so can now only fit in one milk instead of 2 or 3, and less space for trays above, in favour of larger box at the bottom of the fridge which i don't really use.
Progress ?
Hopefully the noise can be sorted when Covid is over.
Great service from AO though, especially considering it was delivered during the lockdown."
