It is a bit noisier than my convention tumble dryer however as it is is in the utility room that is not a problem.
It is easy to install and easy to operate with simple to understand settings. It is drying the washing well and is crease free.
I would recommend this item."
"Great drier. Looks good, is pretty quiet, and it’s easy to plumb using the provided extra drain hose to drain the water directly into u-bend/sink/water pipe etc. Ours sits alongside the washing machine, so we just added it to the same drain pipe, so now we don’t even need to empty the water every time! Very pleased, would recommend."

"Seems very robust. A little louder than we expected but no louder than other driers we've had. Very easy to install but quite heavy to move around. Dries normal clothes efficiently. We find towels come out damp and have to be put back in. But there are various programs you can use so one usually works. We are still learning. Light is nice. Easy to empty water. Very happy. "

"Great machine this was bought to replace my condenser one and it far superior. Leaves clothes fluffy and smell fresh unlike my condenser one.

Much quieter than traditional condenser dryer it replaced.
Washing not always completely dry when cycle ends - this seems more due to selecting incorrect programme than any fault of the machine.
Basket thing for shoes etc should come in handy.
Does take a bit longer to dry stuff than heatpump dryer, but uses much less energy - as indicated by smart meter. "
