"Not used it much yet but first impressions are that this is a very good dryer. It’s much quieter than my old one and although reviews stated that it takes longer to dry it’s hardly noticeable and the drying is pretty even across the load. The internal light is great for loading and the dual layer front door helps stop condensation forming in the dryer. It’s expensive but I worked out as a family of 5 it will pay itself back quite quickly over time in efficiency savings using less than half the electricity of my old dryer per load (it has more capacity too). Ultimately you pay for what you get and in this case I think the high price is easily justifiable. The internal shelf for drying trainers and flat clothing is also a great idea and well executed. If you’re enviro conscious and have the money to afford this dryer you should buy it as you won’t be disappointed!"

"Love this dryer, works well and dries perfectly. Time is adjusted to dry clothes as you want them. Takes a while to dry a mixed load, around 2.5 hours but it is supposed to run 40% cheaper. Machine is heavy and looks good quality. It has an internal light too. It doesn't get hot, just warm and clothes come out so soft, towels and jumpers are like new with no shrinkage. If you want something drying in a hurry then this isn't for you. I love it!"

"Purchased this to make a matching pair with our new haier washing machine. Only had it installed a couple of weeks but it seems great so far. Very quiet compared to our old condenser. It takes a little bit longer to dry the clothes but the efficiency and technology more than makes up for a little bit of lost time.
Very pleased. "

"We bought the Haier washing machine so wanted the dryer to match as we where impressed with the customer service from Haier and AO. We now buy all are appliances from AO.
The dryer is impressive and looks sleek, had no problems so far and dries a load within a hour "

"I bought a Haier 10kg Washing machine last year and decided to buy a Haier as I was very pleased with the washing machine and my 3 yr old dryer was no longer drying well.
The tumble dryer is a heat pump so more efficient, environmentally friendly and cheaper to run than a vented or condensing machine. It dries very quickly and is much quieter than my old machine. It has a wide opening at the front and also comes with a drying rack to you can tumble dry things that need to be dried flat or would normally bounce around such as trainers. It even has a little light that comes on when you open the door so you don’t miss that one sock that’s stuck right at the back! Large capacity 9kg. I’ve been very impressed with the Haier brand ( my brother has a fridge freezer which is also great - good aesthetics and lots of excellent features, like a zone you can adjust for defrosting items). I would definitely recommend."
