"Delivered Super quick by AO.COM Tuesday 28th July Started using Wednesday 29th July, Entire freezer Defrosted by Friday morning lost the lot! AO were brilliant sent me an entirely different make and gave refund of the difference.

AO.COM dealt were brilliant.. Upon contacting Hisense for compensation for loss of food told "In regards to the loss of food as the repair company we are unable to offer any compensation. You may be able to claim from your home insurance" "

"Upright integral freezer as specified and fitted into existing unit to replace 12 year old freezer that was failing to maintain temperature. Does the job !
Fitting instructions covered several appliances - would have preferred it to focus just on item delivered for ease of use "
