"This was a replacement for a Bosch condenser dryer that was over 15 years old and the dryer feels to be of similar good quality build. I had to read the instruction book carefully to make sure I understood the controls and how to fine tune the drying process with different loads, the book could have been easier to follow.
An ourflow pipe can be used rather than having to empty the water container and this could be clearer, but I can't fault the machine itself."

"I love it! My last tumble dryer has been struggling for years and inspite of being a condenser was noisily spewing huge amounts of steam and condensation into my utility room. In comparision,this machine is so quiet and although it takes a bit longer clothes come out cool,almost crumple free and I am so impressed at how it copes with heavier items like towels or bedding.

"I am very happy with product so far. It has probably more programmes than I need but very good value for the money.It is quiet in operation and being of the condenser type, does not require a hole in the wall or dangling a pipe out of the window. Moisture sensor is very useful Very happy with this product and ao service. "

"Our old standard condenser machine died, so we decided to try a hear pump one as it's better for the environment and uses less energy and therefore costs less to run.
The machine was delivered earlier than expected and they took our old machine and packaging away.
It's brilliant, it doesn't pump out as much heat into the room as a standard condenser one. And it dries the clothes really well. Some reviews say it takes longer but I've not found that at all. It has a double fluff filter which is easy to clean, but I'm also finding it causing less fluff to come off of the clothes. "

"Great tumble dryer!
Only had it a week, but a game changer already with winter properly here.
Straight forward machine with an easy to use manual.
Not too noisy for a tumble dryer & has a good capacity drum.
Very clever with a sensor which can work out to increase/decrease time depending how washing is drying.
So far would highly recommend.

"I bought the drier not really understanding anything about the new heat pump design and was surprised to notice how much cooler the clothes were compared to my older machine; the more reasonable temperature certainly helps with creasing and minimises the cost. Really surprised about the amount of moisture captured, this will help keep the house dry in the winter because radiators were previously used but it makes upstairs rooms damp.......things seem to be much better now."
