"It should be a 0 rating but had to put 1 on. Really disappointed with this oven. Everytime we use it, the enamel flakes off on both the top and bottom oven. I reported it 2 months ago when the oven was 9 months old and it's still not been resolved. We're now been told we will have to pay the engineer if it tums out its our fault, but can't get through to get an appointment booked and emails are being ignored. No cleaning products have been used on it, clearly a faulty oven, regret our purchase."
"We have had our new Stove oven over a year now, purchased last year in February 2021. Unfortunately, worked fine and now recently making some serious growling sounds when used. It feels like the oven is about to take off. So buy with caution as the build quality is not so good as claimed."

"Bought as a replacement for my 25 year old Stoves oven which was dark green and gold the new oven had to be aesthetically pleasing and perform well. I am pleased to say the plain black built in oven looks very well in the dark green kitchen. It performed magnificently on Christmas Day quietly and efficiently cooking our lunch. "
