"The ALL black finish to the appliance is just what I wanted. It has great functionality and is very user friendly. Even my husband can figure out how to use it. Loving the warming setting."

"ao service as good as ever, so no problems there. The oven itself however is another matter. Looks good, but operationally it is left wanting. Shelf spacing is ridiculous, meaning that 9 time out of 10 you can only use one shelf at a time inn each of the 2 ovens so if you do need to cook 2 things at the same time (ie, for a Sunday roast perhaps) you will need to use both ovens, so not as economical as it could be. The telescopic shelves are great for the grill, but if used do again limit space for a 2nd shelf in top oven. Have not used the 2nd set of telescopic shelves in the main oven at all, for the very same reason.
"Grease-proof enamel coating makes oven cleaning easy" - could not be further from the truth - the oven quickly becomes greasy with burnt on cooking juices etc - I have taken out shares in "Oven Pride" oven cleaner since buying this oven - my previous 10 year old oven kept itself much cleaner!
Cannot recommend this oven, and the most annoying thing is that I can only return it and get 50% of purchase prices as it has been used - how else can you tell what an oven is like unless you use it!!"

"We had our previous built in Stoves oven for 17+ years before it broke down. So decided to go for the same brand and was looking for something that would fit the same space. It has good features, looks amazing and so far works really well. Especially like the soft closing doors and the telescopic runners that can be fitted. The one thing that would have been useful would be to have a handle for the grill pan."

"We bought this oven to replace a similar Stoves double oven which was quite old and not working properly. The new oven looks good and is efficient. The design is different and is not an improvement. Previously we could switch on both ovens with a single control. now we need to use a function control and one to regulate the temperature. Also the controls are not illuminated which makes it difficult to see what you are doing.. "

"Pleased with new cooker. Purchasing, delivery and fitting all perfect. Downside is we do not feel it is as powerful as the old one. Also, unsure if we are doing it correctly,, but to set the timer you have to press the minute hand every time for every minute. Very time consuming if you set it for 3 hours. Perhaps it is just us, would appreciate help if doing it wrong."
