"Starting with the positive, the buying experience was as good as always with AO.com and the oven looks great in our kitchen. Sadly that's where it ends. Stoves have been here for the 4th time today because the main oven temperature still isn't even close to that shown on the dial. This caused bedlam last Christmas when the oven was almost new and I see a repeat coming this year as they seem unable to fix it. Yesterday the dial was set at 200 degrees and the oven thermometer that we now have to use to check the temperature was at 150 degrees. The engineer visit was a complete waste of time again today because the poor guy only got the call yesterday and arrived with no parts so we are now waiting again - thats twice on the run! To make matters worse it again took nearly an hour to get through to the Stoves customer service line. For us this is the last attempt before we remove it and buy a different/better brand. Extremely dissapointing and sadly based on our experience my advice would be to avoid."
