"Washing comes out stiff and hard, never had this problem with old machine, tried everything ,different temps, less detergent. Using Fabric Softener for first time ever. Afraid to use Wool wash in case it ruins my jumpers. Looks online for advice but other than tip to use Vinegar which I tried nothing. Just wish I had my old machine back"

"I got this one because my previous one was also a below and I so liked it.
This one is similar in that you can adjust temp and spin to suit. Only thing I would say about this one is you are limited to programs you use as yes there is ones that take under and around an hour but most of the rest are 2-3 hours long !!! If something is as dirty it needs that long then through it out . Having said that there is programmes I can use just not as many as last machine .
