"This is a very good machine. Some reviews say it's too loud. We have a 2 bed flat and the kitchen and living room are in the same room. So we watch tv when it is on and it is not loud at all. The clothes rattling round are louder. So I ask the reviewers what are they comparing it to? If you're comparing it to a pillow landing on the floor then it's loud. It drys the clothes well if you use the + setting on the drying sensor. There is no condensation at all on the windows after doing 3 loads in a day. So it works perfectly in that area. The water unit fills up a bit quickly I think. But this is my 1st condenser dryer so can't compair it to others. A++ energy rating is very good and the best we found for the price we paid for this. Not to heavy so moves around easy enough. Only negative I have is that it takes a long time to do a smaller load of washing for some reason. But we have two kids under 5 so small loads dont happen in our home very often.
Very happy with this machine and with AO for the delivery drivers bringing the machine up 4 flights of stairs without any fuss at all. No extra charge was applied for this, and that is a very good thing to offer. Alot of companies dont offer this without a big extra cost to you.
Not only do I recommend this machine but also AO for being the best customer service I have delt with in ages. And for all the advice and the good extra of machine care which is well worth it. And I dont do extras when I buy things. But this made to much sense to pass up. "

"A great product! The heat pump dryer does take longer than the previous condensers but the clothes are cupboard dry every time and it saves on electricity. The dryer isn't particularly noisy and is a great addition for us. Very happy with our purchase."
