"This is a very attractive hob; very sturdy, good quality and what is different about it is that the middle wok burner has a mini burner in the centre that can be used independently from the wok burner. Its a good size hob, it is not light at all. Yes, its a bit pricey but it is a lovely looking hob, so far so good on reliability which you would expect from a smeg "

"Bought the Smeg 5 burner gas hob for my new kitchen from ao. WOW, I was delighted with my purchase and at a great price. I choose the black hob and it looks perfect. The five burners are amazing as I have now plenty of choice of the best cooking burner to use. "

"Haven't yet installed it but out of the box it looks very smart. The pan supports are chunky and look much better than what you'd get on a cheaper hob. The burners are well configured so that they can all be used at the same time. I have found with other hobs that the burners are sometimes configured in such a way that you wouldn't be able to fit a pan over each burner at once.
The only criticism is that the knobs aren't marked with which burner they correspond to, but I'm sure after using it a few times it'll become second nature "
