"Absolutely perfect washing machine. I looked at a lot of washing machines to compare functions and this had it all. I have used a few of the programs and they have all given extremely good results, clothes are cleaner, stains disappear as if by magic and clothes are drier. I love this machine so much, it's the best I've ever had."

"It has already had the same fault three times on program 11, fault message is that there is no water and to check water tap is switched on. Absolutely no problem with the water supply, if the program is changed then it works perfectly. I’m not impressed, it had only been used lightly for two weeks when this first occurred. Would not buy another Hotpoint machine and wish I had chosen another make on this occasion."

"Only had it a week so early days but all good so far. Not sure what people are on about saying the cycles are too long. The standard cycles are long but you can edit them to make shorter/more economic. Have had Hotpoint machines before so was happy to buy again. Reasonably quiet but it's a washing machine so will make some noise when spinning. Not set up the wifi function yet so can't comment on that."
"I was surprised about how many functions were available with this washing machine e.g. 15min and 30 min wash. The big drum will also be useful with a large family household. The washing machine indications when you can still add to the wash - especially good when you find a stray sock !
Instructions for set up was very straightforward. However I did find setting up the App a little confusing but I managed to set up after a few tries.
We have placed the washing machine in our utility room but considering moving it to the kitchen as it looks very stylish and so far is a lot quieter than our previous older model. "
