"A little fiddly to setup the WiFi with no clear or full instructions, had to perform a factory reset which seemed to do the trick. The other aspect is working out which cycles are the most economic to use, interesting that a 60c wash may actually be more economical that a 40c wash. Not at all clear in the manual, something Hotpoint really needs to start publishing especially water usage!
Saying that, the machine seems very good, quiet in operation and good value for a Smart device...but only had it for a few days...my last Hotpoint lasted 12 years, so fingers crossed, very happy so far!"
"We bought Hotpoint as our last one survived over 10 years. So thought we go for a trust brand again. We were slightly nervous of reports of long program times, so we opted for this slightly more expensive model as it was reported to have quicker cycle times and a rapid 15 and 30mins option. I have to say we shouldn’t of worried as though it does take slightly longer than our old machine it’s not by much. Additionally the controls and clear digital screen are simple to operate and have many options to increase spin, decrease temperature and so on. It’s pretty quite too and looks great in the kitchen with its modern look and dark tinted door. We would definitely recommend thus model and we are so happy we stuck with Hotpoint."
