"the washer is excellent but the little things in the programmes i.e. the programmes does not always take the conditioner so i had to find out why . i am very pleased with the item otherwise and would recommend it for performance and value."

"Machine has all the usual cycles, including a 30 and 15 minute wash,, 30 and 20 degrees, when u wanna just freshen some items. Spin is very quiet, wash is efficient.. I like my new machine, hopefully won't need another one for at least 10 years...... "

"Lots of options on cycles. A bit deceiving as they give an estimated time for a cycle that seem very long but then time is adjusted depending how much is in the machine. It usually works out a shorter cycle spa smart machine. Still learning all the options. Good to have an auto clean option to keep the machine in tip-top condition. Not had long but so far so good. "

"First washer replaced as it only flushed fabric softener through on 1 of 16 programs..... instead of 15. Engineer visited, agreed to replace washer BUT replacement washer had the same fault'' Engineer called once again and I was informed the washer was manufactured in Italy where they use very little fabric softener so program had been changed to reflect this..... But Instruction Booklet did NOT advise of this change in the programming. Agreed to keep replacement washer as Engineer said washer could be reprogrammed and it could take between 2 days and 2 weeks. Still waiting and wishing I'd replaced my OLD Zanussi with a NEW Zanussi "
