"This is an exceptional washing machine we have just bought, we have had hotpont machines most of our married lives due to their reliability, but this is the best yet. We went for the larger drum this time as we felt the cloths have more room to move around so wash much better, and also the machine is quiter as the contents can balance out better especially when spinning and dries much quicker after the 1600 rpm spin"

"This washing machine is just ok
I do not find the control panel or dial easy to use
The numbers on the dial are not easy to read and the most frequently used programmes are displayed at the bottom of the dial
The door does not have the usual clip fastening for easy opening, it just pulls open after the time delay
The soap dispenser drawer opens out on an angle
which is not very smooth or easy
The drum is a good size
1600 spin good but not available on all programs "
