"We bought this to replace our ageing and increasingly noisy similar machine (after many years hard work the bearings were starting to go). When we tested this machine out once installed, we couldn’t believe how quiet - even quieter than the previous machine had been when new!
Stylish and easy to use too. Our only quibble compared to the previous machine (same brand) is that we preferred digital controls (previous had fully digital controls and display, this machine has digital display, some digital controls but also an all black dial for programme selection and no clear indicator which program is selected (different coloured paint or an led on the raised part of the dial would have been better!).
Otherwise, only other thing I miss from previous machine is a quick wash setting that will go higher than 30 degree temperature!
But all in all, very pleased, with a few possible improvements for future models."
"Great washer but doesn't take the softener on some programmes. This is supposed to be getting fixed with a firmware update. "
