"So far so good. Am enjoying larger capacity and has reduced number of loads. The machine is fairly quiet and has multiple wash functions. Happy with Haier."

"It has been just a week and I am already appreciating the worth.
Energy wise, very good - approximately 2p for daily wash cycle lasting 56 mins. Minimal noise.
To sum up, it is worth the money. Hope the life lasts longer for this machine"

"The Haier 12Kg washing machine is a nice bit of kit. Simple to operate with clear indication and controls.
Very quiet and very stable, even with a huge heavy load such as towels and mats. Has some nice features like steam clean too. Never purchased Haier products before, but so far all is good.... and all is clean too!"

"I bought this machine to replace an ageing Hotpoint one, the new Haier machine is better in every regard.
The main plus points for me are:-
The drum at 12kg is huge, it can do a family's laundry in one go no problem at all.
The machine's direct drive motor is extremely quiet, you barely notice that it's spinning, it way quieter than my old one.
The door on the washing machine is large which makes putting bulky items such as a duvet a breeze to get in there, the light that comes on at the beginning and end of the cycle is a good idea as well, it lets you see that small sock that I seem to miss all the time.
The delay timer function is handy for letting you choose a laundry time that's right for you.
The programs on the machine are all pretty much standard as is setting them (just turn the dial) you can tweak some of the settings using the touch display as well like the spin speed, extend washing time and extra rinse etc.
The display itself the touch controls and the dial are all easy to read and quite intuitive to use. You can also turn off and on the musical tones that start when the machine is switched on or off and at the end of cycle, I don't mind them personally and my 5yr old daughter seems to like it.
Overall this washing machine seems to be well built, it functions as it should and more importantly it cleans clothes very well indeed.
I'm very happy with this purchase, so happy with it in fact I bought the Haier dryer to match, so it's 5 stars from me."

"The washing machine has a large capacity drum, digital controls, great dispenser for bleach, washing powder, liquids , theres a light in the drum which comes on at the beginning and end, the machine is much quieter than our last one. The controls are easy to understand. On previous machines they've had a list of programmes which I just never used, however with this machine they are all very user friendly, already I've used 4 different ones with excellent results. Each programme is either automatic or you have the ability to adjust, spin speed or temperature, again very easy. I'd never heard of this make of washing machine before but I'm already thinking when I need a new dryer I know where to go! My daughter now has one too! Total fab, quiet, user friendly - love it and highly recommend."
