"Brilliant washing machine! It was a tad deeper than our previous but I really wanted something that could fit our double duvet in and this certainly does! Wash loads that used to fill the machine now have loads of extra space - also the noise!! There’s barely any. It’s so quiet. Very pleased! "

"I BOUGHT THIS MACHINE IN JUNE,THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR DROPPING WHEN OPENING AND THEN HAVINGTO BE LIFTED INTO POSITION.OBVIOUSLY A HIGH RISK OF FLOODING,I HAVE CONTACTED HAIER TWICE AND LEFT MASSAGES ON THEIR FB PAGE,NO RESPONSE AT ALL,SHOCKING SERVICE FROM HAIER,IF THEY THINK I AM LETTING IT GO THEY ARE MISTAKEN.I HATE LEAVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON AO BUT HOPEFULLY THEY CAN HELP. I WILL NEVER BUY HAIER/HOOVER PRODUCTS AGAIN"

"I’ve only had this machine for a week but so far I love it!
This is an absolute must and worth every penny if you have a big family. It’s a bit more expensive than other machines but the cost is offset by the reduced amount of loads of washing. It is also the quietest machine I’ve ever owned and the built in light is such a lovely extra.
I definitely recommend."

"It's massive!
You can fit an enormous 12kg load in on the auto programmes.
The door opens right out, so no struggling getting your wash in and out.
Im still learning the controls, but there seems to be an infinite variety of programmes, except one niggle is you can't have a 1400 spin on the daily wash, but I found the 1200 spin was perfectly adequate.
I've not tried the steam programme (or even the majority of the other programmes yet) but it washes and spins my clothes perfectly.
You can easily fit a double duvet.
I thought the light in the drum was just a gimmick, but it's great, no more socks left lurking at the back of the drum.
It's very quiet, only a hum, even when spinning.
To sum up, it's a great washing machine!
