"This washer is amazing, it's so quiet I had to look at it to see if was working. It has a nice selection of programmes, a 15 minute quick wash, very handy if in a rush. The child lock is a bonus, it stops fiddling fingers interrupting the wash programme. Exellent appliance "

"Very large drum means that I can do a family of 4’s weekly washing in around 3 loads instead of 6.
I love the steam feature you can add to cycles.
It’s also extremely quiet even when spinning. "

"Quiet between spins but a little loud on the spin BUT it is a 12kg drum and that makes it great. 5 year promotion guarantee is a winner and we have such a large family it does help having such a large machine.
I think it is important to mention the packaging. PLEASE PLEASE make sure you remove all the bolts and bits including the 2 foot bars x 2 to help deliver of the machine. Its tempting to just attach the hose and waste BUT DONT FORGET to unscrew all the packaging.
In my humble opinion AO and the makers should consider including the cost of fitting especially for the big machines - still charge but hide it in the cost because "the remove the steel bars inside the machine and 4 inch bolts" is not at the front of the instruction manual its right at the back of the manual. When it should be at the front of the instruction manual."
