"I bought this machine to replace an older model Samsung that lasted 10 years. This machine is sleek and has a good range of functions, it looks great in my utility room and is much quieter than its predecessor. AO had it on a great deal so I opted for for Addwash door which has already proved useful when little socks go astray. The drum is spacious and great for our family of 4. The delivery from AO was really easy, we got to pick the day and were informed of the estimated time and kept updated so there was no waiting around all day. This machine comes with a great warranty from Samsung and feels well built. I also quite like the tune it plays at the end to alert you that it’s finished. All in all I’m very pleased with my purchase. "

"This machine is everything you’d expect it’s quite fast and washing your clothes incredibly well and easy. I’m a rugby player so my clothes are always covered in mud and this has even got them clean on a quick wash! Incredible! Would definitely recommend! "

"Our new washing machine looks lovely in the graphite colour very modern, the washer seems to be cleaning the clothes well although the cycle lengths are rather long but the delayed start feature helps with this we put the washer on overnight so it's ready to empty when we get up in a morning, there are shorter cycles but only for smaller wash loads which we never have!"
