"What a change from my old ceramic hob. Control and response is so quick. Brings pans to the boil so quick with the boost function. And the able to keep at a constant simmer without boiling over. Great for searing food ang getting a crispy skin on fish. Linking two zones is a great feature for my large casserole pan. what a difference from my old ceramic hob."

"I've been using this hob for a couple of weeks now, and so far it has been great. It's my first time using induction, so I can't speak to it versus other models, but compared to my old solid plate hob, it is amazing. If you can't have gas, it's a great alternative (though I had to invest in some induction converters for my non-magnetic cookware). Don't be put off by the reasonable price. While the controls are easy to use, it comes with lots of features usually associated with higher priced models, and they work very well. For example, the left and right sides can be easily bridged for larger pans (I had no problem with pan detection even with only the edge of a single pan sitting over the centre point of each burner). When the hob is turned off a red H is illuminated in any zones that are still hot. While it doesn't have true sensing when something comes to a boil, automatically reducing to a simmer, it does have something called automatic rapid heating. You choose the power level you want, and by holding the level down for a few seconds it will start on the highest setting for a set amount of time (there is a table in the manual that tells you how long) and then automatically reduces the heat, keeping it from boiling over. With a bit of experimentation I had this working very well. Lots of other features if you want them, but those were the ones important to me. Also, so easy to clean! I bought an induction hob protector to keep it from scratching and it works great with that too. So far, I would definitely recommend this hob."

"It's fast, I mean everything cooks so much quicker, still learning the individual settings it has but that's half the fun, it's so much safer too, never has exposed heat rings, it's so much more efficient I love it.... Ps I'm a bloke lol no"

"When we moved I was really dissspointed that our lovely new home didn't have an induction hob. But I couldn't justify the expense of a new one if the one already installed worked.How happy I was when the largest hob plate on our ceramic hob, stopped working just after Christmas.Obviously technology had moved on since our last induction hob had been installed, so I was in a bit of a quandary when looking at what was available. One of the features that stood out was the bridging of two of the hob plates to enable larger pots and pans to be used easily. Like all new items it's taken a little while to memorize all of the functions that I need, and there's a few that I don't, but the hob is very sleek, looks good, works well and is responsive. Along with being a very good price.Thumbs up so far with this."

"Product really good, impressed with the speed of heating and safety functions, lots of options but will need to do a bit more reading of instructions to make full use of them!
Also looks really neat on the worktop and enhanced to look of the kitchen.
Would certainly recommend"

"We moved and inherited a ceramic hob. Hated it on sight and found it very difficult to get used to after having an Induction hob for the previous 5 years. So when one if the main use rings went on the ceramic hob I couldn't wait to get a new one.
The Hisense isn't the mist expensive but it's fabulous. Love the bridged zone ability and the fact that you dont have to click up and down on the settings to get the level you want. Just press the number. It's responsive, clean and easy to use. Looks great too."
