"My Hotpoint freezer arrived today, a good addition to my fridge/freezer. In black to match my other appliances, very good, BUT the door is incredibly hard to pull open, the entire freezer moves forward when trying to wrestle the door open, and it's painful for my arthritic fingers. Maybe it will ease in time though.. otherwise fine... "

"We’re really pleased with our new Hotpoint freezer. It keeps all of our items frozen to perfection, without all the ice that makes a mess. It even kept everything frozen when we had to turn the power off for an hour or so. A great little freezer. We thoroughly recommend it! "
