"We needed a newer machine so opted to go bigger (from 7kg to 11kg) and more energy efficient. This can now handle anything we throw in there. The controls are so easy and having the wifi app option could possibly make things even easier for us - but not tried that yet. It's a smart looking machine that doesn't take up any more space than we were already using - bonus."

"Great functions and great design, but the pump is too noisy. It might be issue with the pump but Candy-Hoover customer support is not possible to be reach. "

"Drum Size - We have a Super King Size Bed... We have a quilted throw... It fits, no squeeze - great wash
Noise - Quiet - much more so than other machines we have had
Machine Size - Bit smaller than the last, but the drum is bigger... go figure.
Controls - Easy to use and intuitive
Price - A bit more than some on the market but worth it for the larger drum

"Had high hopes for this machine with the various washing settings available through the candy app unfortunately the app is rubbish it hardly ever connects and so u can only wash using the cycles u can do manually with the knob. The machine still washes the clothes well though and it is a good size drum. "

"Purchased on behalf of our friend and it is faulty - it won’t spin & drain properly at the end of the cycle unless you use a downloaded app and even then it doesn’t always work. Additionally it claims the load to be unbalanced even if you just put one small item in the barrel. Candy have sent an engineer out yesterday who was unhelpful other than to suggest that it isn’t a fault and that our friend just needs to run an additional spin cycle on empty after every wash cycle to clear the error message! They also left the washing machine partially open at the top! The washing machine is failing to perform the fairly basic tasks required of it and the response from Candy has been a complete shambles.
Don’t buy unless it is a gift for someone you actively dislike."
