Went for the RC version as the hob is situated over 2m from an outside wall and we also have a solid floor - very pleased so far with both the functionality and the smart look of the hob, 4/5 stars as only had a short time "

"Wow is the word that sums up the Elica Venting Hob.
It looks smart and adds a very distinguished expensive look to the kitchen. Saves space and is an all round winner.
It works super fast, heating up quickly. Previous I had a gas oven and this heats up just as fast but cooks evenly. I made fluffy rice for the first time in years with no worry of it burning last week.
The extractor fan works like non other I have ever seen. From the setting of 5-9 it can be a bit noisy but very rarely would it need to be on such a high setting as it works so well at a setting of 1-3, with very strong extraction. "

"The hob was delivered on time and with care, the box was undamaged and in good condition. Packaging was very good and the hob was fine on inspection. The instructions look good but as yet we have not fitted the unit as we are having a new kitchen installed. Love the tech of this hob and looking forward to no hood, all the parts look good quality and everything is in the box to fit, (no accessories needed) . ao was the best price I could find on the interweb and with an extra £100 off and free delivery could not be beaten, cant wait to get it fitted and start using it. "
