"So the cat knocks my television off it’s sideboard and smashes it. Thought I’d try AO. Com. Came across the product as stated. Lots of letters and initials one of which I really understood but the product review and description, plus the price made my decision simple. A choice of finance options also took the sting out of my budget. This television is magnificent. The picture quality is astounding, it actually feels like your sat behind the camera. The HD is amazing, even with the old Black and White movies. Add to this Netflix, free view, Bluetooth internet, Amazon Prime and fitted for a few other things like Alexa all in a 49” telly....... What more could you ask. Absolutely the best home electronics buy I’ve made. Thank you AO for the choice, prompt delivery and excellent service. Researched bought and delivered in 48 hours. "

"The TV does exactly what it promises: the picture is great and the sound good. It is good value for money. However, the assembly instructions are very poor: difficult to decipher diagrams are not useful. The Quick Start Guide is sketchy; how many people don't know how to insert batteries in the remote control? It could have been far more useful to know more about the features of the TV. Saying that though, a full manual can be downloaded."
