"We decided to replace our old TV with a smart TV. The problem of choosing a new model is not an easy one, the choice is vast. Having visited a local store I felt this made choosing even more problematic, did I want HD, Ultra HD, etc,etc.
I just could not choose, so home I came rather disappointed that I had not got my nice new television.
I turned to the internet and did a bit of searching, checking the reviews as I went along. We decided on the Toshiba as it had five star rating by everyone. What can I say other than I concur with the other reviewers. The picture quality is great, the sound is super, this TV does so much more than my old Sony. The installation is a piece of cake, the tele is easily manageable, attach the base, pop it on the stand, plug in the arial and mains and away you go. You will not be disappointed, we are very happy.

"I watch a lot of live sport and its like being there, Great picture quality especially in 4K Ultra. I received a phone call before it was due to be delivered and on the day.
It didn't take long to build the stand. I am very happy with this purchase. I would buy this TV again."

"This was my wife and I buying our first 49” television from AO. The size was ideal for our living room!! Setting up our new tv was really quite straightforward, just a few connections and it’s all good. It’s self explanatory so no problems there. Picture quality is superb, the colours were perfect and very natural, the sound is equally the same excellent tone which was perfect in every way. But I’m sure with a sound bar in a larger room than ours it would be 10 times better. Recommend this tv definitely I would."

"The website is intuitive, the email updates from AO were useful and reassuring as opposed to spammy, the delivery options were so convenient (loved the options to take away packaging and old appliance), the delivery guys were polite and efficient and the product itself is wonderful. Never had a smart TV before and was worried about setting it up, but needn’t have been."
