AO are an amazing company, since discovering them 4 years ago I am never shopping anywhere else for electric products. The customer service is amazing and you are treated as a human as apposed to a number, WOW.!
The next day delivery is just awesome if you need something in a hurry. To be honest I don't know how they do it.
As for the TV, it is amazing once you do the software update (it will ask you on first set up). Read a few reviews saying there is lag and that it keeps rebooting but I have had no such issues. The menus are logically laid out and is a pleasure to use. Clear sound and great 4K picture quality as well.
But to be honest, THE STAR IS AO AS THEY NEVER EVER FAIL TO BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. I WOULD GLADLY PAY MORE FOR THAT KIMD OF RETAILER ASSURANCE, BUY WITH CONFIDENCE AND EXPERIENCE WORLD CLASS SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY.
